Worst night ever!

tI was so happy last night coz I had a very great meal with a bunch of good friends in Shanghai Nights, Bristol! Being too greedy and also due to my cravings for good food, I ended up eating too full. I know eating too much will cause me a lot of stomach problems, especially when it is almost empty and suddenly I fill it with loads of food, hmm.. this ain't good at all! Aiks..my stomach doesnt know how to appreciate nice food T_T So, knowing that I'll have stomach problem, but my stubbornness always stops me from being rational coz I always think that it won't be any problem.. I just have too high expectation on my stomach.. haiz~ sometimes my stomach really disappoints me alot =(

SO.. what happened last night?? nothing serious actually. I just had reflux and that is why I kept on burping and coughing for the whole night!! yeah.. I thought that was just my problem in the beginning.. but when I carried on doing my work, I felt like its getting worse and worse.. I started having chest pain and breathing difficulty. Then, I felt like vomiting and I could taste the digested food in my throat. You know everytime after you vomited, you can taste the smell in your mouth.. yeah, that smelly taste it is. YUCKS!! =S That's really what I tasted in my throat last night.. seriously damn bad!

So, I quickly gave my stomach a gentle massage but it didn't listen to me at all! My stomach pain got even worse and I felt like dying... ok, not so serious :P I'm used to the pain already anyway.. but last night it was really very pain and I couldnt stand the pain anymore.. so I quickly lied down on my bed. I wanted to call my brother but he was sleeping like a pig already =( I rested for a while and hoping that it didnt get any worse coz I seriously don't know what to do if it really gets very bad! .. and then I fell asleep, AGAIN.. with the light on T_T Eh don't scold me for wasting electricity ok? coz i woke up at 5 am and turned it off!! hehe.. tell you what, my stomach was still pain when I woke up to turn off the light.. but I just ignored it and went to sleep :P But I'm felling better now.. =D No worries!!

hmm.. I think my best friend reflux has come back visiting me again T_______T I'm gonna consult my private GP later.. hehehe and hope I won't get any scolding =S I'll probably be advised to me my GP, Dr. Bligh again! oh no!!! does that me I need to take medicine again?? ANd he warned me before that if i ever go back again, the course will be longer!!! OH NOOOOOOOOOO!! I'm not going back to see him :P PLease support me people!!!
